Automobile history:
The Alfa Romeo Tipo B is a single-seater with an 8-cylinder in-line engine designed by Vittorio Jano and produced by Alfa Romeo between 1932 and 1935. Thanks to the numerous victories won by, among others, Tazio Nuvolari and Achille Varzi, it is considered one of the best racing cars ever built.
It was one of the most successful cars of the Portello house and raced both for the Milanese house and under the aegis of the Scuderia Ferrari. At its debut it was immediately the car to beat and the very advanced design made it competitive from 1932 until 1935 when it still took some historic victories. Enzo Ferrari also had a single two-seater example built to compete (and win) in the 1935 Mille Miglia.

Our history:
A small cottage hidden among the trees of the family estate and the desire to share a passion together, this is Air Hunter for us. The idea comes from the vision of a weathercock placed on the roof of a hut combined with a love of history and DIY.
To date we make over 40 versions of weather vanes and static models, handmade reproductions of historic cars and planes.
Our products are made entirely of stainless steel and any moving parts are equipped with ball bearings to ensure maximum smoothness. The graphics are obtained by hot stamping directly on metal, which gives them high resolution and vivid colors.
We deliver the product already partially assembled. In the case of the weather vanes, only the propeller and the aluminum shaft remain to be assembled, while in the case of the static models we include a stainless steel support on which to place your Air Hunter.
When you look at our products, close your eyes for a moment and imagine that they are designed and assembled on our family ranch, a small wooden house that smells of pine. Our Air Hunters are not simple decorations, but collector's items with a history that will last over time and will give an original touch to your home or garden.
